Simple Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes with Almond Flour Crackers

Ingredients:

2 cups  cherry  tomatoes 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish) Salt & pepper, to taste
1 box Simple Mills Rosemary and Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers

Instructions:

CUT in half half of your cherry tomatoes. Set aside. 
HEAT a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add olive oil and all the cherry tomatoes. 
SAUTÉ for 5 minutes or until they start softening and skins just begin to wrinkle. Shake the pan frequently.
ADD chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
REMOVE from the heat. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with more fresh basil.
